Ty nem\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt toti\u017e nikdy \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9, nebo\u0165 jsou zalo\u017eeny v\u017edy na tom, \u017ee omezuj\u00ed nebo zcela vylu\u010duj\u00ed n\u011bkterou z d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch slo\u017eek potravy.Nej\u00edst a drasticky omezit j\u00eddlo \u2013 to nen\u00ed cesta k vysn\u011bn\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edhl\u00e9 postav\u011b \u2013 je to pr\u00e1v\u011b \u00fapln\u011b naopak.Chcete zhubnout? Jezte po\u0159\u00e1d! \u017de to nen\u00ed v\u016fbec logick\u00e9? Naopak: je to celkem prost\u00e9. Je p\u0159ece jasn\u00e9, \u017ee bez j\u00eddla nem\u016f\u017eeme existovat. V boji za \u0161t\u00edhlou postavou nejv\u00edce zla nep\u00e1chaj\u00ed tuky, ale sladkosti a b\u00edl\u00e9 pe\u010divo. Je vyzkou\u0161eno, \u017ee u\u017e jen t\u00edm, \u017ee vysad\u00edme v j\u00eddle cukr a vym\u011bn\u00edme p\u0161eni\u010dnou mouku za zdravou \u0161paldovou, \u017eitnou nebo semolu (a je jich mnohem v\u00edce), p\u016fjde na\u0161e v\u00e1ha prudce dol\u016f.
