Neud\u011blejte chybu, kterou jsem pro\u0161la i j\u00e1, a to, \u017ee jsem kupovala je\u010dmen tam, kde byl levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. To ov\u0161em m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky pro st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3ru, proto\u017ee p\u0159i dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00edm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ji m\u016f\u017ee i po\u0161kodit.\tOpravdu kvalitn\u00ed su\u0161en\u00fd zelen\u00fd je\u010dmen je defacto d\u017eus z\u00a0list\u016f je\u010dmenn\u00e9 tr\u00e1vy.\u00a0 Tento produkt by m\u011bl b\u00fdt \u0161etrn\u011b zpracov\u00e1n tak, aby obsahoval i \u017eiv\u00e9 enzymy. Tzn. \u017ee mlad\u00fd zelen\u00fd je\u010dmen je skl\u00edzen, kdy\u017e naroste do cca 30 cm, \u0161etrn\u011b promyt a vylisov\u00e1n do \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy, kter\u00e1 se su\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i teplot\u011b 31 stup\u0148\u016f. A pro\u010d je pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed zelen\u00fd je\u010dmen \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed? Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee je z\u00e1sadotvorn\u00fd a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 na\u0161emu t\u011blu nastolovat z\u00e1sadit\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed.\t\tN\u011bmeck\u00fd v\u011bdec Otto H. Warburg objevil z\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu vzniku rakoviny a obdr\u017eel za tento objev v\u00a0roce 1931 Nobelovu cenu.
